Quick simple interviews. First interview with Salon Manager and usually a second interview with the regional manager. Don't sweat it, just be chipper and outgoing and you're pretty much guaranteed the job. No experience is usually necessary.
INTERVIEW TIP: Compliment the interviewer immediately because it will be in your job description to compliment every customer. ("I love your hair!" or "Your nail polish is really pretty!" or "I love how you did your makeup!")

It was very simple she had a list of questions that she asked me in the office. They were mostly about yourself and personality. Just talk yourself up be positive and you'll be fine!
