Interviewed with 3 people: recruiter, hiring manager, and hiring managers superior. There was about 3 weeks between the recruiter interview and hearing an answer. The interviews were fairly easy for anyone with any sales experience. Since it was an entry level position for a new division, the expectations were set by the interviewers that the job would be very fluid and the role might change over time.
