First pass was a phone screen that was a person asking questions from a list.The rest was with the team. Communication was close to non-existent. I had gotten to the third round and followed up twice. Radio silence. The interview was in February. It wasn’t until July that I received a “you haven’t been selected” email. Really poor form.
