This is the person raving about how great the company is. Perhaps the company is great, but she is the typical HR person ghosting anyone who takes the time to research the company and prepare for an interview, who they decide they will not proceed with. Isn't it about time companies put their money where their mouth is and just treat people well? Forget the fake virtue signalling and just DO WELL.
