The process is a little weird, you will not get a whole picture and feedback at any of the interview stages.
I had 3 in-person interviews and one behavioral-based exam. First with Infosec Associate Director, Second with HR Associate Director, and third with the GRC AVP.
The whole process took around 4 weeks.
My personal thought - it was a sheer waste of time!
This firm is not matured in terms of its processes and technology, and their infosec function seems financially weak. Therefore, they look for hiring candidates with poor to an average salary .
If you are a candidate with a competitive salary, don't waste your time entertaining sub-level interviewers.
