Horrible, clueless, non technical people taking tech interviews. Well, first round was a tech panel of two people with no idea of what to ask and then there was a discussion with the hiring manager. People were friendly but would have expected them to prepare themselves.

It was funny since they had no idea what to ask? I explained everything and with the looks at their place, it felt I was overqualified for the role and this role was for Lead position.
