It was a phone interview. First she asked me to went through my resume. Then she asked me some regular questions. At last she told me to wait at least one or two weeks. It was very quick and about 10-15 minutes only.

The process was extremely slow and disappointing. I completed two interviews and all the required assessments, but afterward I received no further communication despite my follow-ups. My application status remained ‘in progress’ for two months. A simple response would have been appreciated. I am very disappointed and will no longer apply to this company.
