Interview fairly easy. Easy to get in. The training is top notch and intense.
However you need to run like a business not a corporate job.
In terms of interview, as long as you have an ambition and know the sales game. You're in.

Process is fast and straight forward, but the hiring managers usually missed mentioning the part of how the pre-contract system works and you might not be eligible for the role if you don't sell a certain amount worth of product during the period.

Pretty straight forward, sales and network questions, questions about competencies and previous experiences. Have behavioural and experiential questions prepared for and understand how you can leverage your network in the jobs operations.
