Worst interview I have ever did in my life! Unprofessional from the get go. Called me a different name when we first met. Mistaken my appointment with a different candidate/different position all together. Wearing shorts. Drinking Redbul and burping... Talked for an hour about how 'great' the company is without asking me any of the key questions such as - How many employees did I manage - How to handle an angry client - How to handle a workmate dilemma... Don't fall for the compensation rate online. They offer you a base salary of max 70k and the rest 'promised' bonuses, which you get taxed more on bonuses and they get to deduct that at the end of the year... Honestly, this was a complete waste of my 45 min travel time to meet and ruined the rest of my day... The hardest part of the interview was listening to all the bs that didn't really serve the core of the job.
