J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Summitworks Technologies en sept. 2014

Found their job post on Indeed, applied and the recruiters got in touch every quickly. I was scheduled initial interview with general questions like 'tell me about yourself, what is your recent work experience about', 'which was your favorite job', etc. Their technical interview was difficult; the developer taking the interview has a strong accent and the questions were detailed like 'what is the difference between primary key and unique', 'what are the transformations in SSIS', 'how to configure a report in SSRS', etc. I passed to final round, and it turned out final round was just their manager introducing the company, the projects and the pre-placement training program, very easy going and I wasn't asked many questions.

I applied online and got a phone interview first. The recruiter asked something about my background.
Then I scheduled a technical screening after one week. The technical screening is mainly about SQL knowledge and is very important to the recruiting process. They will ask some questions concerning the basic SQL knowledge and try to find out whether you are familiar with it.

Initially got a call from the HR and scheduled the interview within one week. The interviewer was rude and unprofessional. The interview was supposed to be of 30 minutes and he called 19 minutes late from the scheduled time and asked questions for just about 10 minutes. Some questions were fine like what's the difference between a view and a procedure, what are triggers, what is a view. Some questions were difficult like what is an identity, what is the index of primary key. He was using too many terminologies so I got confused in some easy questions. He was laughing and giving weird reactions on incorrect answers. I lost interest in talking to him because of which. Nothing related to SSIS, SSRS was asked. He was just looking for a sql programmer. Waiting for their response.

Phone interview is relatively easy. Mid size company, but people there are very friendly. It seems a nice place to work. They offer very good training program, and expect you to know these knowledge within three months.
