J'ai passé un entretien chez Summitt Energy (Mississauga, ON)
Entretien
It was a very friendly interview conducted by the training coordinator and the QA Manager, with a good atmosphere, and they were polite and friendly even though I got there late for the interview. So far, I got a very good vibe about the company, and just after two days of being interviewed, I've received the email with the final decision. Oh! They called someone to speak Spanish, a third interviewer, since the position required speaking Spanish.

Two parts to the interviewing process: 1) Phone Interview 2) Face to face interview. The phone interview goes very smooth with basic questions about your personality and how would you interact with impolite customers. The interviewer gives a brief idea about the job expectations and overall, its an easy interview. The face to face interview is where they lay out the rules and it can get a little intimidating if you are not prompt with the answers and show some authority.
