3 steps. ..step 1 phone interview...2 in Person at BJ's ...step 3 in person. Everything seemed unprofessional. Was told to dress business casual for second interview and came dressed nicely but the person interviewing me looked like crap. If I this position wasn't the best offer I could get without a college degree and no experience. I wouldn't take it. They pay okay enough I start 480 without tax deductions a week....we will see. .weekends are gone ..oeoe seem friendly
