Several online assessments (personality, aptitude, number perception) followed by a phone interview and then if the recruiter feels you'd be a good fit you get an interview at a branch location.

Entretien
Process took about 3 weeks. Applied online and was shortly contacted by a recruiter. The recruiter gave me a rundown of the company and position and scheduled a phone interview and online assesment. after the phone interview there was a second interview with the operations manager and warehouse manager, all very strait forward. less then a week after the face to face interview I received an offer pending the background check and drug screen.

the questions where very easy. tell me about yourself? what do you know about the company? how do you deal with difficult situation? do you have a 5 yr plan/ what is it? what are your goals? what do you want to accomplish with in the company?
