The first phone screen was only between 5-7 behavioral interview questions, fairly simple. I next interviewed with the two managers who I would be under. The interview started with another 5-7 behavioral interview questions, a little harder as they would ask followup questions. Then they asked me about some specific software tools. It was clear they were looking for someone who already knew these tools. If the tools/software were important to do the job, put it in the job description, why waste each others time.
