Overall the process was good. Their recruiter was lovely. However, I thought the process was a bit overly rushed. It almost felt like they were a. trying to get a signing bonus for the recruiter or b. drowning workload-wise which is a red flag. The job would have involved me moving and they were only willing to give me a few days to decide. To me this was a big red flag. As well, the team member I would have reported to gave me a tour of the office and show room. During the tour I asked him if they manufactured all of their product and he said yes.... which is strictly false. I mean they sell TUUCI umbrellas with the label on them. I worked for a manufacturer that sold them one product category and knew others very well. The lack of brand knowledge of the company was alarming at best. I even specifically called out the product area for the company I worked for (knowing all of their products came from us) and the SC team member again confirmed they manufactured them in-house.... so strange. That was the real deal breaker for me as I was considering other offers as well. Salary offer was also very low. Team was very nice though, office pretty and products great. If you want to live in BHAM this is one of the best companies you can work for.
