1) HR Screen
Uma entrevista tranquila, a pessoa recrutadora me fez sentir super a vontade, as perguntas e explicações foram super relevantes e boas. Há uma breve conversa em inglês também.
Eu não passei, faltaram alguns detalhes nos meus exemplos e isso me prejudicou.
Mas o feedback foi super valioso e fiquei com uma ótima impressão da empresa, definitivamente recomendo.
Os outros passos seriam mais uns 2-3 técnicos e talvez mais uns 2 de fit cultural e conversa com alguém de high level da empresa, mas não cheguei nos passos seguintes para dizer com certeza.
