Had 4-5 rounds of interviews. Before interviews I had clearly communicated with them that I am expecting industry standard growth while changing the company. They were fine with this. Did all the interviews, even an android assignment, and got positive feedback after every call. When time came for releasing an offer, they shown their true picture.. HR said that we can give you 5% growth because we can't afford and your interviews were also not that much great... WTF.. seriously?? do you guys think us as a fool? Such a shame for a company founded by Punit!! I personally admired this company before this worst experience.
Guys.. in short - don't waste your time for this company.. and don't attach any hopes for this company.. they will just waste your time. don't even think for giving interviews for this company.. I doubt if they have terrible experience for employees, how someone can trust their product in health domain..
Hey Punit, this I didn't expect from your company.
Advise - if you can't offer expected number then kindly don't take even a single interview. This is how you are just wasting time... else it will just ruin your image.. and later on don't give silly reasons that your interviews were not so good.. if it was not good then why you were saying after every interview that - it was good, we received positive response from interviewer..

HR has called me and explained me about the company and the role they have. Then after 2 rounds were scheduled with India Team. Both the rounds were decent and question are in medium level. First round concentrated on Designing while the second round concentrated on programming. Then onwards its more like managerial rounds from US teams. There are 3 such rounds, having to meet different kinds of managers of all the levels. In one of the managerial round, the interviewer was not at all interested in his company and seems very boring in his job. He is surprised that I’m applying for a job here. Forth round was utter crap, the interviewer asked some random question out of nowhere and has no logic in the questions too. Fifth round was a good one, the interviewer knows what he is and what to expect from the candidate. Overall, I felt that few folks in US teams are dumb and doesn’t have any maturity in running the company. After clearing all these rounds, HR comes with different policies which are not at all candidate friendly. Even after agreeing for that, there is no answer from them. It’s waste of time in applying for this company, as the number of rounds and time they take for the process is huge.

Weird interview process. There were 4 rounds of interview and the candidate needs to go through all 4 rounds without knowing the results of the previous rounds. There were multiple rescheduling and the recruiter didn't inform if there was a change in the schedule.
Finally after 4 rounds, we are ghosted. No response from recruiter after that and we have to assume that we haven't cleared the interview. I had called the recruiter and was told that the feedback consolidation is in process and I will be informed after that and then nothing. Its been weeks now.
