Process was thorough and informative. Opportunity to meet different people throughout the organization. Began with a phone call, then come "in person" / Teams calls. It was a two-way street - them learning about me, but I also learned a great deal about them.

I had applied and was contacted by an in-house recruiter. It was a collegial and good interview, I then interviewed with the manager for the role. I felt that we had excellent banter; that we discussed the conpany and the role and the hirimg manager needs in detail. We aslo discussed next steps. I did send a thank you email and a follow-up to the recruiter. It's been 6 weeks, and I never heard back. I was "ghosted". It happens. These interviews are highly subjective. It is unfortunate to not have any resolution; leaves a negative sense about the company.
