Met with an aggressive recruiter. Then, a week later, met with the hiring manager. And a week after that, met with the hiring manager's manager. The third interview was ridiculous because this person was just wasting their time (and mine) asking trick questions instead of questions that could vet me as a good/bad candidate. This third interviewer also allowed someone to walk into then sit in their office while I was still interviewing. To the recruiter's credit, they never made me wait long for an update, which I appreciated.
