Two members of the legal team ( each with less than two years of experience) talked to seven applicants in a room for about 15 minutes. Thereafter, each applicant was screened privately by the duo for an additional 15 minutes. There was a lot of time wasted waiting. The overview was not substantive and it was difficult to ascertain daily job function and pay rates. Their office has the " open work concept" aka cubicles in a loft.
