The interview process started with a 20 minute phone interview then a 20-minute demo lesson at a Success Academy school. The recruitment team does stay in contact with you a lot during the process and they are very clear.

Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
