I was interviewed in the restaurant after turning in a paper application. I did the paper application as a walk-in, and it had a short math quiz (mostly about making change).

If I was comfortable with customer service, and my previous experience with that.
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there

Entretien
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
