J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Subway (College Station, TX) en janv. 2012
Entretien
I was working at Subway already but knew I was moving out of state, so I called a store local to my new location and asked if they were hiring. Manager said yes and we scheduled an interview. I showed up the day-of and the manager wasn't even there, and none of the employees knew about it. They took my phone number and a message and said they would call her. They never actually did so. I called the next day and she was scheduled to be at work but was not. Finally I came in while she was there and she claimed she forgot, then "interviewed" me right on the spot.

It was in store promotion and interview was quite simple, just discussing some figures and improvements made within the store. What changes were made and how they impacted the store and the KPIs.

Applied online and was contacted through an employment job board. Corresponded back and forth through the process. I declined the position before she offered it to me. I thought it was good to let her know I was withdrawing.
They wanted to know my availability and my experience. Made sure I knew how to operate a cash register. Trained me on closing and opening procedures- made the weekly schedule if I was hired and took inventory
