Easy, simple standard interview process. They ask generic behavioural questions, situations based questions and give you an understanding of the role. You are expected to share your previous experiences in the same industry and need to have Food Safe certification.

Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
