J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Subway (Saint Paul, MN) en juil. 2013
Entretien
Fairly straightforward. You walk into the store that is potentially hiring you, and sit down at a table with the manager and discuss the job. They establish rapport by asking about you a little, and then begin asking simple questions on why you applied there. After that, if they want to hire you. They will ask you what will be the most appropriate day for you start is and then they discuss what type of clothing and outfit will be provided for you and what kind of shoes and pants to wear.

Entretien
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
