Extremely easy. They sat me down at a table in the restaurant and asked me basic questions regarding customer service. They train you for the most part and its all about the owner's need to make money. So they really just want to make sure you can collaborate well with the team (i.e not showing up late forcing other to work longer) and have customer service.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
