J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Subway (Dunn, NC) en janv. 2011
Entretien
very basic, basically looking for friendly and dependable. There was an initial interview with the area manager, and then later I met with the manager of the locations where I was to be working. Her questioning was mostly about dependability. Didn't seem interested in anything else. This is the nature of working in the service industry. This was the easiest interview, I was polite, and showed I was eager to work. There really is nothing to it.

15 minute chat with the manager who told me what was expected of me and the type of candidate they were looking for. Only asked one personality question and the rest was more about Subway.

Sat down with manager and was asked about my work experience. At this point I had zero experience in the food industry but I was still called back and hired.
