Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.

I applied online consistently and i got a call back from the manager asking to set up an interview. The interview lasted about 5minutes and all i had to really do was be a people person and not act shy. I got a call about 2-3days later asking if i was still interested in the position and i said yes, went in to sign the papers and now im an employee :)
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
