I was called in after applying online. Once I got there, I was told that they actually didn't need anyone, but they figured they should interview people anyway. I was asked basic questions like "Why do you want to work here?". I would have kept trying, but I got a job somewhere else very soon after.

Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there
