I did the pre-interview process for 15 minutes, passed this round, then the HR sent me the task, and after I completed the task, the HR said I passed to another round and I got another chance to present my design to the visual designers. They loved my work and I passed to another round which was the main interview. 2 weeks later they told me I didn’t pass that round.

I got an invite from a recruiter for a short screening interview (15min). After 10 days I received a standard rejection email that I was not shortlisted for any further consideration. I responded immediately asking for more detailed feedback but I got no response. I followed up a couple of days later asking for feedback but again no response. My advice to the company: Instead of responding here on Glassdoor with a standardised response, try to respond to candidates emails instead. You will get less negative reviews from rejected candidates.
