I applied through their job portal. First step was HR interview which took half an hour. After that, they sent me Technical Assignment to solve it. After submitting the solution, there was a 1 hour duration technical interview. On the interview, they admired the task I did. Next step was management interview. It was half an hour. Every steps was good. But after management interview, there was an extra interview with those guys who took technical interview. I thought I will be selected as they gave me very good feedback in technical interview. But after taking 5 interviews and tasks, they said no to me. That was very unpleasant. I really didn't know what was the reason. After getting this stage, candidate should deserve to know the exact reason, not some generalize text.

I applied online after hearing good comments about the company from current and past employees. The first step was a friendly conversation over Google Hangouts with the HR manager. The conversation was mainly focused on the motivation, previous experience and about getting to know more about the company and the team. Afterwards, I was sent a technical challenge which I should solve within a timeframe. It consisted of two coding tasks and one architecture / systems design problem. A couple of days later I got invited to a face-to-face interview with the Head of the team that I would join and the Lead Engineer. The interview was relaxed and very interesting, they were interested in hearing about my previous experience and my motivation for joining Stylight. Also there were several question regarding my solutions to the technical challenge. Finally, I was invited to an interview with part of the management team, in which they gave me a good impression of how approachable they are and how it really matters to them who joins the team. The same day I also had the chance to meet for coffee with some team members, which was very nice and casual. A day after the last interview they sent me an offer, which I happily accepted. From the first talk with HR until the offer it was about 3 weeks. Overall I'd say it's one of the most pleasant interviews I've had. The HR Manager was very helpful at every point in letting me know what's next and what to expect, and everyone I met seemed friendly and happy to talk to. Personally, it is really important that it is not just about a fit in terms of skills but also a cultural fit, and everyone I met reflected that.
