Contacted by a recruiter. Had phone interview with hiring manager, then met with hiring manager and potential direct supervisor onsite. Process was straightforward and traditional. Company seems to want to be progressive but not quite ready to commit to that. Facility has furniture making and sewing as well as warehouse. Office in need of makeover.
