Asked to interview and teach my favorite topic of a course. They were observant of reactions to disruptions, and view of self in regards to tutoring ability. Talked about position of growth and commitment.

Entretien
Fairly straight forward. Start with written skills test then complete recorded demonstration. Started with a two person interview to assess fit with the company. Then I was given the written exam, with an hour to complete. After that there was some delay (about a week) before I was called in again to demonstrate my abilities.
