Applied online, received a call to do an in person interview. Communicated mostly via text. The hiring manager had no communication after the interview. I texted several times to express continued interest but, saw the messages were read / ignored. Unprofessional way to handle the interview experience for potential candidates. There could have been an e-mail that was sent to say that I was no longer a candidate for the position.
