I met an interviewer who had asked various questions about my experience and job history. I was given a short brand guide and was asked to complete a design prompt and they evaluated the work alongside the interview process.

There were multiple interviews with a design project where they evaluate your design skills. They sent me a brand guide and asked me to make a web banner, it was a simple project but they ultimately they declined my application because my portfolio had a lot of animation.
