It is a pretty long process in which you have to go through 1 interview with the HR company then you have a 30 min interview with the managing partner who then ask you for a project that he says is going to pay you $100 for the time invested but he never pays, then you go to a second interview with the managing partner and someone else form the team and finally you get contacted by the HR company to say of you will be hired or not
