Stuart initially contacted me by phone to have a quick chat and to learn why I was interested in becoming a new employee for his company. After the phone interview, Stuart asked me to come in for a training day where I would be evaluated. The first day on the job was learning the ropes and how to properly pack and ship order for his customers. After the first day I was offered a part-time position as a distribution associate.
