Stryker only hires Type A personalities -- and this has to be proven from your undergrad GPA and why you chose your major to your history of promotions, even if it was 8 years ago. I was also asked what organizations I was in and how many hours I worked during undergrad during the screening.
It took about a month for the interviewer to get in touch with me after resume submission. I'm also aware that the Gallup personality tests are still being used to screen. I did not progress to the next step, as there was some concern over decisions I made as an undergrad.

It went smoothly for the most part, especially because they employ a bot to schedule calls. However, I had been ghosted for more than a month after the last round of the interview, after multiple follow-up emails and calls to the HR personnel. I withdrew my application at the one-month mark, but they also do not react to it at all. They are responsive until you are not chosen.

Long process with 4 different interviews consisting of meeting 3 different managers over 3 different locations, FL, AZ, Mexico. First interview with corporate recruiter unrelated to any of the job functions/sites. Second with hiring manager. Third with a secondary manager tied to the project the hire would be working on, but at a secondary offsite location.

Applied online via workday and received an email requesting a screening phone call with an internal recruiter then steps as follows:
30 minute screening with recruiter
45 minute interview with hiring manager within a couple weeks
Gallup strength assessment (online)
Final round interviews: Four back to back 30 minute interviews via teams
