Long, and the manager was new so it was not the best fit. we met and had dinner, thought it would be a good way to feel each other out. At first it seemed like it would be a great fit. Then I met with the VP of distributorship, had a good conversation with him, discussed my skills and background. Next step was personality test, I passed., and got the offer.,

Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.

Made it through two rounds of interviews with no concerns and had each party confident to move me along to the next step, but then was told they were pursuing other applicants.
It was a very informative and great interview process. A lot of interviews but enjoyed getting to know more about the team and company. I think it was 4-5 rounds.
