First interview- career fair; got an interview the next day that lasted only 7-8 minutes, way shorter than expected. They asked me to describe a project I'd worked on, how organized I am, and to simplify a complicated process from one of my classes. I heard back a week later that I'd qualified for a 'phone interview' which was the Gallup personality test; that took about an hour and a half. Then I had a final interview on-site that was about four hours long with different people asking me really basic questions like what I knew about the company, why I wanted to work there, what is my greatest strength/weakness, and what are my hobbies and passions.
3 rounds. 1 "get to know you", 1 Gallup poll, and 1 in person. The in person one was with several people and they all had different styles. Overall, challenging interview but rewarding.

Went through conversations with hiring manager, hr, regional manager, local sales reps. They asked me about my interest, work-ethic, ability to transport, lift objects, gauged my conversation skills. They asked me questions about their products that I would help represent and service. They asked me about my prior work experiences as they would relate to sales.

Fist they conduct a phone screening, then you interview on the phone with Gallup, and then you are brought on site and interview with multiple teams. The Gallup interview is the most difficult part of the interview process. Just be yourself, because they are looking for a specific type of person and you do not want to be there unless you will fit in well with the company culture.
