Interviewed for a Sales Associate role in the UK. Thorough and challenging process.
There were 4 stages:
1st - Recruiter Screen
2nd - Hiring Manager IV
3rd - Gallup Personality Test
4th - F2F Presentation and Panel Interview
5th - Offer
Excellent communication throughout, although challenging to get an initial interview in the first place.
The gallup test was challenging and difficult to do any real prep for it. Presentation was tough, but plenty of guidance was given in order to do well.
Personality, culture fit and mindset are clearly of massive importance to Stryker, and naturally if you aren't what they are looking for, the interview process is designed to find that out.

There are five to six stages! First a recruiter, then hiring manager, then personality test, then your actual boss, then a group Interview. The entire process takes about 1.5 to 2 weeks. Some people have to do a case study as well.

Very casual phone calls and coffee chats. The gallup is hard and questions can be ambiguous so talk to a rep beforehand and ask them about their experience and tips they have. For the most part it has been phone calls to understand who you are but make sure to sell yourself everytime.

The interview process has been great so far…my first one was a phone screening with their hiring manager. It was basic questions. Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to do medical sales who I’ve networked with etc. I then got moved on to an interview with their regional manager. The questions were tell me about yourself. What makes me different and then ended with behavioral questions that I focus using the star method to answer. I got moved onto the next round and now I’m waiting for an interview with the regional manager again, as well as other team members that I would be supporting. So far the interview process has been amazing and everyone I’ve met so far is great. I think as long as you have stories that you can tell about yourself as far as teamwork dealing with difficult situations from your past experience and how I think strategically is really important.
