Pass the Gallup, you can download a copy of the questions on Scribd.com - they were almost exactly the same questions. Answer them honestly, but having them beforehand helps you self-reflect.
Everyone was really nice and professional. Once you get past the Gallup they are surprisingly lax on the interviews, not as much grilling as I've had in my career.
This position is not a Product Marketing position - it's a glorified sales support position. Be sure to ask lots of questions about basic marketing functions like determining and implementing strategies, decision making processes on new product launches, etc - you will uncover that "product manager" at Stryker means "field sales support." Be sure you ask a lot of questions and get to the bottom of what the position entails - I probed a lot and found this isn't a marketing or product management position at all despite what the job description says!!!!

Gallup questions weren't really hard, but just have lots of examples of behaviors. Actual interviews are quite easy - know the products and industry and why you want to work there.

It went fairly smoothly.
4 rounds total.

Overall it took about 5 weeks from submitting application to receiving an offer.
Call with recruiter, interview with hiring manager. Gallup personality test. Then short presentation of yourself to panel of 7 people (stakeholders) and round of 1:1 interviews with panel members and HR. Long and intense process, but understandable for the position needs.

Unnecessarily long, slow, intensive. Way too many stages and people involved in interviewing. The talent person who was facilitating the process changed 3 times. Stage one was a 1-hour screening interview with talent team person, then a meet and greet with the hiring manager, then first formal interview, then Gallup test, then meet and greet with team members, then another formal interview. All positive feedback until a rejection after the final stage, seemed to be a bit of a trivial reason but no dramas. They really care about who they bring on to the team. Not overall challenging interview questions, but the process itself just took way too long, so I definitely started to lose interest as time went on. The people were lovely, however.
