Process can vary from Branch to Branch. Be aggressive in tracking down someone within the network, you need a champion to get you a sit down discussion. Knowledge of the medical industry is key, know what the job responsibilities before you meet. If not, the interview will be short. Keep your focus on "what you have accomplished" sales victories. Focus on your competitive nature and your work ethic. You usually start at the sales associate position and work your way into the sales rep role within 24 months. There's a ton to learn for case coverage, instruments, selling your product and understanding the competitors products.
The interview process consist of several interviews as well as taking the Gallup.
