I got a call for a 1ST phone interview with the recruiter, lasted about 30 minutes, was asked a ot of personality based questions. I got a call that i cleared that interview and the next interview was the Gallup personality interview over the phone which was about 45 min. This was also a behavioural type interview which consisted of questions on how i dealt in situations.
