I was contacted by recruiter for this position. I was called onsite for interview later on.They asked me several questions about previous experience. The interviewer took informal interview and she introduced me to immediate manager. They told me about the position on detail and explained role n detail.

Entretien
1) Everyone involved in the interview process was very kind and welcoming.
2) Timeline: Recruiter Chat -> Manager Chat ->Gallup Exam ->1 or 2 extra interviews depending on scheduling
3) 80% were all STAR formatted questions. The rest were kind of mixed between technical and behavioral questions that didn't require a STAR formatted answer.

HR video call with general screening as well as behavioral questions. Then hiring manager, gallup assessment, and then panel interview with 4 different members of the current team at different times. So really, like 6 separate steps.

Smooth, efficient interview process. Round 1 was a 15-20 minute phone call outlining the job listing. Round 2 was 2 members of the team you will join.
Then was not contacted for 3 weeks before getting an automated rejection email.
