The interview was really interesting, they spent a lot of time explaining the position, its importance the challenges and areas that they would like to develop. The interviews were pretty straight forward, around accomplishments, experiences that demonstrated abilities and how would I handle situations that I have not handled before. They were really honest around expectations, next steps and the out come of the interview.
