The interviewing process was very quick. Phone interview followed by an in person interview with a regional manager followed by a phone interview with another regional manager followed by the Gallup pole all in four days. The waiting process after took a few weeks but you have to be persistent and follow up with everyone you have talked to weekly. They want to know that you have a deep desire to get this gig. Make sure you show off as well. Highlight your accomplishments especially if they are sales goal oriented. Be persistent.

1st round phone screen- lasted about 30 minutes. Asked the basic tell me about yourself, why Stryker, and about 5-6 interview questions. Didn’t get an offer for the job but did lead me to a different interview in another department.

30 min interview, gave overview of job and asked about 8-10 questions. Did not move on to next round but ended up interviewing for a different position. Just prepare and understand what the role is and you should be fine. Be confident in your answers.
