As far as pay goes, the Client Service Representative position has a guaranteed base salary plus bonuses. Typically after the first week of training the average employee starts to see significant bonuses, some see these within the first week. However, there are others, perhaps like yourself, that were only with us for a few days and only saw hourly compensation without bonuses. In this case, yes you are right without the weekly bonuses that most all employees receive it is not a sustainable pay for long. Truthfully that is not the intent, the intent is for employees to earn bonuses for the their work, which we award plenty of opportunities to attain.
