Very smooth. Submitted typical documents and received a schedule of interviewers to look up ahead of time. Interviews were in Zoom and about 20-30 mins each. After that, offer came in about 2 weeks.
Standard interview process - OCI interview asking about work experience and interests, callback at NY office, where I met with 5 different attorneys and legal recruiter. Legal recruiter asked behavioral questions.
