I was contacted by one of the company's managers for a phone screen. Usually initial phone screens are behavioral, but this was entirely technical with some pretty difficult questions related to hardware and computer architecture. They expect a fast response to all questions to ensure that the candidate is not googling them. I wish that they had communicated beforehand that it would be technical so I could've been better prepared.
